Born and raised in Germany, I lived in Asia in my 20s, before I settled down in Sweden. In my 30s I decided for a career change: from a career in fashion management to successful body worker and health coach
Everything I do, I do with passion, integrity and with the best knowledge available to me. I believe that people can enjoy a more balanced and healthy lifestyle by taking action and responsibility of their own health. And a big part of that is to educate people about their bodies. Creating more body-awareness with the benefit of a greater understanding of one’s self, and acceptance. Then, healing can take place.
Body, mind and spirit are inseparable and need to be considered as a whole. A holistic and individual approach to promote health feels natural and logical to me. My passion is to inspire and empower people to live a healthy and fulfilling life!
Passion for people and improving their quality of life is what drives me. Without passion there is no motivation to get out of bed in the morning. For years I worked in an industry that exploits people, and that only cares for more and more profits. I didn’t want to be part of that anymore. By exploring the world of yoga and meditation, I developed as a person, and thereby realised soon that I wanted to solve real problems that matter for someone.
Having experienced my body’s self-healing powers, and that I can support that inner power in others – with my hands and without medicine – is what fascinates me. What helps me to create change and new opportunities is my curiosity and flexible thinking. Every day in practice is an opportunity to learn more about myself and others.
Healing or teaching starts with my own personal experience, and sharing the experience from my clients. Empathy, for me, is key to understand the needs of others. Taking the time to really listen, meeting clients on their level, and simple communication is a good way to connect.
My hands are my main tool of treatment: with gentle touch they feel, gather information, communicate, detect restrictions and heal. Using my intuition in treatment, coaching and teaching is a big part of how I work.
Promoting health rather than treating illness is one of my main goals. One can treat symptoms and get rid of pain, but to address the cause one needs to be a “detective”. Sometimes that means to look beyond the physical body.
Sustainable health care works only if the “whole” person is on board, meaning that lifestyle habits and routines are as important as what happens physically, mentally and emotionally in a person. In some people, that creates resistance. Not everybody is ready to address the elephant in the room. And that is okay.
Through a holistic approach and long-term thinking, I attend to your personal needs and comforts. Each person is unique and needs to be treated individually. I listen respectfully and together we find a solution.
Situated in the city center of Helsingborg the clinic offers a waiting room, a quiet treatment room, and a boutique yoga studio that fits 9 to 12 people.

Continuing education helps me to develop, and refine my skills. Some treatment modalities are more subtle and more difficult to understand, others are more obvious. Growing as a practitioner, means growing as a person.
Both, life experience and trainings, help me deepen my understanding of how the body and movement works. I get inspired by colleagues, and getting treatments myself. Learning more about all aspects of the body, and knowing about my weaknesses and strengths, helps me to be more effective.
